On May 10th 2013, the Hope 4 Hannah Foundation grants its first scholarship
On May 10th 2013, the Hope 4 Hannah Foundation was lucky enough to grant its first scholarship. With it being the first year that we had given the scholarship we decided to give it to a local high school student. Timberland High School was the obvious choice, since Hannah had attended so many of the games there while dad was coaching. Growing up Hannah had always said that she wanted to be a nurse or teacher. The foundation decided then to choose a high school senior that was going to college in pursuit of a teaching or nursing career, and had been affected directly by cancer in their home. The first year we chose Kelly Mundwiller as a the recipient of the $1000 scholarship. Scott was lucky enough to have known Kelly in class and to have met the family through various church functions. We would like to wish Kelly good luck into the future and big THANK YOU to everyone that has helped make this scholarship possible.
